  • Inquiry data — when you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the details you provide: name, business email, phone/WhatsApp, country, company, product interests, quantity and message.
  • Attachment data — drawings or specification files you choose to send by email.
  • Usage data — anonymous browsing data collected via analytics cookies (pages visited, device type, approximate location) if you accept cookies.
  • Communication data — records of email, WhatsApp and chat conversations with our team.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to inquiries and provide quotations (legitimate interest / performance of a contract).
  • To send product samples, commercial offers and technical documentation you request.
  • To improve our website and services through aggregated analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations (export records, customs and tax documentation).

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.

As an exporter based in China serving customers worldwide, your data may be processed on servers in the EU, US or other regions by the processors listed above. By submitting an inquiry you acknowledge this transfer.
